1. Strategic Planning
Before we start building your social media and online marketing program for you, we need to create an initial plan for:  The components—channels and tactics we should use with your markets and how they will integrate with each other.  The content we need to develop (videos, articles, messages, offers, etc.), The order in which we will introduce each channel, Estimated costs and target results. 
 
It’s likely new opportunities will arise during the course of implementing and managing your program. It’s also likely that some tactics will prove more effective than others. In either case, we will modify the plan accordingly.
 

2. Create a Special Report / Coupon Offer to capture leads
An effective way to build leads with whom you can follow up by email, mobile text message—even voicemail or postcards—is to offer something of value for free in exchange for their follow up contact information. Typically, we start with the email address and add other contact data over time, once trust has been established.

We will write a special report / buyer’s guide /coupon offer for your business to give away online in exchange for prospects’ email addresses and set it up for cost-effective, automatic online (or text message) delivery.

With the opportunity to continue offering new items or potential savings to the same customer, we suggest creating an email campaign with 4 pre-written messages that can be scheduled and sent over time using an auto-responder.  This could be designed to promote other products or services in a logical order and also enable you to send out an announcement about any specials you wish to promote to your list of prospects. 

4. Set up your YouTube Channel and populate it initially –
YouTube is the perfect intersection of online video marketing, social media and search engine visibility. We will establish a YouTube Channel for you as your foundation for more video marketing in the future. We will also populate your channel with six short videos, designed to increase visibility, drive traffic and start establishing you as a credible authority on your subject matter area.

A. Produce Professional Quality Info-Videos
Web video is one of the most powerful online marketing tools. And we have video content and production strategies that allow us to develop, produce and distribute Web video most effectively and affordably.

For your initial YouTube Channel presence, we will script, edit and create six videos (each one is 30 seconds to two minutes long) with appropriate transitions, call outs, and background music. These info-videos include a specific offer that directs viewers to visit your mini-Website and/or call your phone number.

5. Set up a Blog & populate it
Having a blog associated with your mini-Website will powerfully increase search engine relevancy for your mini-Website, thereby adding even more social authority and driving more traffic to it.

People are more comfortable visiting blogs and other social media because they know these channels are not typically sales environments and they will not be pressed to buy something. 7. Set up your Twitter Feed and generate followers
Your Twitter Feed is another must-have social media presence. With 200,000,000 members, it has significant impact on your social authority score, building your tribe and generating leads and customers. Also, Twitter itself is a formidable search engine, hosting some 24,000,000,000 searches per month—more than Yahoo! And Bing combined.
We will set up your Twitter account, add members you follow and attract followers. During the initial month, we will tweet every other day on your behalf and continue to build your group of followers. (Ongoing management of your Twitter Feed and campaigns to add more followers is also available. See details in the Ongoing Management & Expansion section below.)

8. Automated Text Message Follow Up Campaign
In addition to the automated email follow up campaign we set up for you in conjunction with your mini-Website, we will also set up an automated text message follow up campaign for your business designed to appeal to mobile phone-using prospects.
We will develop the offer, write the text messages for the follow up campaign and set up the automatic system. We will also integrate the system with other channels like your Twitter feed where appropriate.

9. Video and Article Burst Campaigns
